These terms are an agreement between you and CURATED For Agents (“CURATED,” “we,” “us”). By subscribing, starting a pass, or using curatedforagents.com, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use CURATED.
Who can use CURATED
CURATED is for real estate professionals and others in the industry who are at least 18. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure, because your sign-in codes go there.
The newsletter, your free report, the 7-day pass, and CURATED Pro
- The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- Your free report. After you confirm your email, you can run one free report: the listing reports on one address. You keep it after that.
- The 7-day pass is by invitation. It is free, one per person, with no card required, and it includes 3 credits for other tools. When it ends, you keep your saved reports.
- CURATED Pro is a monthly membership at the price shown when you join (currently $21/month). It includes 10 credits a month. If you join during your pass, your first month includes 21 credits.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
When you join CURATED Pro, your card is charged the day you join and then every month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in My Account. Your membership then stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and it isn’t charged again. Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires. We’ll tell you by email before any price change applies to you.
Credits
Credits are used to run tools that pull data or write drafts. Each run uses the credits shown before you run it. Reopening a saved report is free. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and don’t roll over to the next month. If a run fails on our side, its credit comes back. We set reasonable daily limits to keep the service fast and fair for everyone.
Reports, data, and AI drafts
Reports are built from public records and third-party listing data, which can be incomplete, late, or wrong. They are not appraisals, and they are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Drafts written with AI (letters, listing copy, presentations, and answers) are starting points. Please read and check every one before you use it, because you are the one presenting it.
Your responsibilities as an agent
You are responsible for how you use what CURATED makes, including following the laws and rules that apply to you. These include fair housing laws, your state’s license and advertising rules (like showing your license number), your brokerage’s and MLS’s rules, rules about contacting homeowners by mail, phone, text, and email, and the rule against soliciting another agent’s listing. Use owner names and addresses only for your own lawful real estate marketing, and honor every request to stop contacting someone.
What you may not do
- Share your account, resell CURATED, or let others use your credits.
- Copy, republish, or scrape the CURATED Library, newsletter, reports, or data, beyond sharing a link or using what you made for your own business.
- Overload, attack, or try to get around the site’s security, limits, or paywall.
- Use CURATED to harass anyone or for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Content and ownership
CURATED’s newsletter, Library, tools, and design belong to us or our licensors. While your account is in good standing, you may use them for your own real estate business. What you make with the tools (your letters, reports, and drafts) is yours to use. Takes link to and credit their original sources, which belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
CURATED is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don’t promise that CURATED will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any tactic, script, or letter will produce a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CURATED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold CURATED harmless from claims that arise from how you use what CURATED makes, including letters you mail and messages you send.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Georgia, and you and we both agree to that venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll update the date above, and we’ll tell members by email before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use CURATED after that means you accept the new terms.
